Breath is one of the most powerful tools we carry—an anchor that can steady the mind, energize the body, and reconnect us to a deeper sense of presence. Breathwork invites us to slow down, listen inward, and shift the patterns that shape how we move through the world. Through rhythm, awareness, and intentional breathing, we create space for clarity, emotional release, and grounded calm.
As a certified SOMA Breath Practitioner, I offer a style of breathwork that blends ancient pranayama techniques, rhythmic music, and modern science. SOMA Breath uses guided breathing patterns, visualization, and intentional breath holds to support nervous system regulation, enhance focus, and create a balanced internal state. These breath retentions help increase CO₂ tolerance, deepen relaxation, and open pathways for insight and emotional release.

What to Expect
Sessions are guided with care, curiosity, and a trauma‑informed approach. You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, honour your body’s signals, and explore the sensations and insights that arise. Practices may include rhythmic breathing, breath holds, gentle movement, sound, and moments of stillness to help integrate the experience.
Online or In‑Person Sessions
Breathwork is offered both online and in person, allowing you to choose the environment where you feel most grounded and supported. Each session is designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner resources.
