About Me

Creativity has always been the language I trust most. I believe in the transformative power of the arts—image, story, sound, and movement—as pathways for expression when words fall short. The creative process offers a place to respond to life’s challenges with honesty and imagination, giving voice to experiences that may feel unseen or unspoken.

For more than 20 years, I have worked as a teacher, supporting people of all ages in discovering their strengths, their stories, and their sense of belonging. That background shapes my approach to expressive arts therapy: gentle guidance, deep listening, and an unwavering belief in each person’s inner capacity to heal.

In my sessions, I invite individuals to trust their instincts and stay present with whatever arises. When we follow the unexpected moments within the creative process, we often uncover emotional insight, nervous system regulation, and a renewed connection to self. Focusing on process rather than product opens space for clarity, resilience, and meaningful personal shifts.

My work is also grounded in training in yoga, sound meditation, and breathwork—modalities that support the mind–body connection and help clients access calm, grounding, and embodied awareness. I view the body as our most essential instrument, holding memory, intuition, and the possibility for transformation when we learn to listen inward.

At the heart of my practice is a compassionate, LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you are met with curiosity, confidentiality, and care. Whether online or in person, my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner resources and move toward greater ease, clarity, and wholeness.
