Are your services covered by my insurance policy?
Insurance providers that may offer coverage include:
- ClaimSecure (coverage depends on whether your plan includes “counsellors”; plans requiring “clinical counsellors” will not apply)
- Equitable Life of Canada

- Victor Insurance
- Canada Life and Manulife (reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis)

Do you support direct billing?
Direct billing is not available, but you will receive a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full session fee. Insurance plans and ICBC claims do not cover missed appointments or late‑cancellation fees. For cancellations or changes to your booking, please contact me.
